Whirlpool, Dry Saunas, and Eucalyptus Steam Rooms
These amenities are great for removing toxins from the body and for promoting healing. Allow yourself at least 5 minutes after exercise to cool down before entering. Recommended time is a maximum of 10 minutes. It is recommended that you consult your physician prior to using these amenities. If you have a heart condition, circulatory problem, breathing problem, diabetes or are pregnant, then it is in your best interest not to use these services. Make certain to read the signs posted by each area for more details. Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed in these areas, the lone exception is plastic bottled water.
Steam and Dry Sauna: Please avoid taking large towels into the steam room and/or sauna.
Whirlpool: The whirlpool is kept between 102 and 105 degrees Fahrenheit. We ask that you take a soap shower and rinse off thoroughly prior to using the whirlpool. We also ask that you dry yourself off before going back into the locker rooms.
